a look back on this past mth
this mth seems a long mth. Many things seem to happened during this mth. Regardless of what is happening I will look to the Lord for he is my strength. Thank God I am a New Creation. I wouldn't know where I would have been had I not been one. This world is full of funny people. Jealously seems to prevail everywhere. So I asked the Lord why do people feel jealous? The Lord told me they were insecure and common. People tend to gather around and bark with their so call friends abt why they are not successful and why they are this and that and how those people who are better than them have this fault they can't stand blar blar blar ...
I heard my pastor told me a story :
One day a guy and his golden retriever went for a stroll in a park and while there he threw a frisbee over a pond and asked his dog to fetch. His golden instead of swimming ran on water and fetch the frisbee back to him. To his amazement and joy he thought how nice if someone could witness this phenomenal dog ....so he asked his neighbor whether he wanted to oin him the next day for a walk in the park...and his neighbor agreed. They came by to the same place and he anxiously told his neighbor .." I have something special to show you.." then he threw the frisbee again and asked his golden to fetch. His golden again ran on water and fetched the frisbee and came back...There he thought to himself " whoa my neighbor is going to be amazed" so he turned to his neighbor and asked him " did you see that ? Isn't he special?? "
His neighbor turned and said " Yeah your dog is special! He CANNOT swim !!"
When I heard this I realized what God was saying to me. I felt so loved and touched.
I thank the Lord for his blessings and grace. Him alone and ONLY he is worthy of our Praises.
